Our applications are used to process large data, provide various insights, allow for their comparison, graphical presentation and eventual editing.

What does the job of a Systems Analyst look like?
- You will help the product owner and the development team to understand each other better and to develop the product efficiently.
- An important part of the Systems Analyst's job is testing implemented changes (which can be more than 60% of the job) and communicating with the development team.
- One of the tasks of this role is to analyze current systems and requirements from users. The output is then the design of functionality that delivers the desired value to users using minimal changes.
- We work in small teams of 4-7 members following the SCRUM methodology.

What are the specific activities involved?
- Gain and manage knowledge about system interfaces to make development process efficient and increase the reliability of deployments.
- Design (automated) regression and component tests to make sure the scope is sufficient and efficient.
- Design and implement integration/contract tests.
- Specify and maintain test automation scope to make sure bugs are discovered early.
- Investigate and register performance incidents to report these properly to the whole scrum team.
- Support developers to clear questions linked to feature implementation and fixes.
- Gather requirements from Product Owners to make feature requests clear.
- Analyze requirements and changes they would bring to make sure new features fits into current solution.
- Write user stories and functional and technical specification to provide clear input for developers.
- Provide inputs on tickets to Product Owners to make prioritization more accurate.
- Ensure proper technical documentation is in place.
- Create new requirements and improvements to increase value of LOGEX patient data pipeline for our clients.
- Record technical debt to make this visible and part of the backlog.

Who are you?
Technical skills:
- 1 year of experience working with databases as MSSQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle SQL
- Min. 1 year hands-on experience in SQL programming
- Analytical and data driven approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must have (appx. B2)
- Be a team player
- Strong sense of responsibility, taking ownership of your part in the value chain and deliverables, supporting and the scrum team in their daily work
Advantage is if you have:
- Experience with designing automated tests
- Knowledge of modern data technologies eg. dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS
- Have experience with defining detailed functional and technical requirements and working with different teams (analysts, testers, developers)
- Familiarity or practical understanding of Agile and Scrum
What should you be like to feel comfortable with our team?
- You are comfortable working in a small team but can also do it independently
- You are communicative and have no problem agreeing to requests
- Proactive, attention to detail and a results-oriented "problem solver"
- You like to share what you know and vice versa :-)

How is recruitment done?
