Who you are:
- You have several years of experience as a data engineer or data-focused developer.
- You have solid experience with Python frameworks such as Pylceberg, Polars or PySpark — this knowledge is essential for the role.
- You understand the value of solid data modeling and are confident using Git.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Duck and spark
- Clinical/healthcare data
- Cloud storage (e.g., S3, MinIO, GCS…)
- Data lake technologies (e.g., Iceberg, DeltaLake…)
- Container tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Argo Workflows

Work life balance
At Logex, we understand that everyone has their own rhythm—whether you're an early bird or a night owl. We have a few hours during the day when we are online or in the office together, but otherwise, planning your time is up to you. We enjoy meeting in the office, but we also have the option to work flexibly from home. If you oversleep or don't feel well, you don't have to stress and rush to the office. And if you really can't get out of bed, we offer you 3 sick days.
If flu is not what is holding you back but your head is full of troubles you can talk to proffesional therapist via OpenUp platform. The usage is anonymous and Logex will cover the bill.

At our place, unwinding after work doesn't just mean lounging on the couch, although sometimes that's needed too. We enjoy getting together with colleagues several times a month, whether it's for a team event, a beer at a nearby restaurant, or hosting a gathering right in our office. Who could resist watching movies in the meeting room, where we usually discuss work, while enjoying pizza and a drink?
LOGEX hosts two big company parties each year (a Summer Party and a Christmas Party). Our teams also have the opportunity to organize their own teambuilding events several times a year, and it's entirely up to them what they choose. How is recruitment done?
Assuming it's not just a foosball challenge, there are a few steps we'll take to see if we're a good fit and if it's a job you'll enjoy.
There will be up to 3 test phases, which may seem like a lot before you start working for us, well, on the other hand we believe it's better to try things out properly before you sign up for anything.
