This year, we took our Christmas party in a completely different direction. No traditional decorations, no red Santa hats, no kitschy carols. Instead, we said: “Be a REBEL.” And that’s exactly the spirit we infused into the entire event.
For the venue, we chose Brno’s Rebelbean — known not only for great coffee and atmosphere, but especially for its iconic neon sign Buď Rebel, which became the visual anchor of the evening. From the Black & Red dress code to the music and the overall vibe, everything ran on a wave of originality, self‑expression, and relaxed authenticity.

From the very first moment, it was clear this wouldn’t be an ordinary company party. Great music, vibrant energy, drinks that loosened tongues and spirits… and on top of that, fantastic food by Matyho chálka, which became a delicious highlight of the night. Every corner of Rebelbean was buzzing — some people danced, others chatted at tables, and many reconnected with colleagues they hadn’t seen in a while. The natural mix of people, laughter, and spontaneous moments created an atmosphere you simply can’t script — it just has to happen.
This year, we were especially happy to welcome colleagues from the Netherlands — Philipp Jan Flach, Andrew Woodward, Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg, Tim van Loosbroek, and Gertjan Horlings.

It was wonderful to see them in Brno, outside of meetings and away from screens. The informal atmosphere created chances to talk about things that rarely fit into a regular workday: stories, experiences, humanity. And that’s exactly what makes company culture real. Why do we do all this? Because culture is not a slogan. You can’t write it into a deck or stick it onto an office wall. Culture emerges when people want to spend time together, when they have the courage to be themselves, when they meet outside of work and create shared experiences that matter. And that’s precisely what happened that evening.

Music, laughter, new and familiar faces, and a party that broke the typical idea of a “corporate Christmas event.” It was relaxed, authentic, full of energy — and above all, it was ours. A huge thank you to everyone who came, created the atmosphere, dared to be rebelliously different, and enjoyed the evening to the fullest.

And a special thanks goes to Jana Kachlová for the perfect organization. From the smallest details to the overall concept — thanks to her, everything aligned seamlessly and the party carried exactly the rebel vibe we aimed for.
