Last week, we took part in the JobChallenge student fair, which was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet talented students and personally introduce them to what we do and how we contribute to improving healthcare.
It was a great experience for us, both professionally and personally, as we got to talk to students, present our company culture, and showcase the specific projects we are working on.
We were very lucky to have such great colleagues who participated in the fair. Thanks to their enthusiasm, willingness, and openness, we were able to not only share valuable information about job positions and our work, but also give the students a glimpse into the wonderful atmosphere within our team. Our colleagues did a fantastic job of explaining how our daily communication works, and how we help and support each other. This personal approach was truly valuable for the students, as it is important for them to understand not only the nature of the job but also the company culture and the environment they would be joining.
It was fantastic to see that our company truly captivated the students – the booth was busy all day long, and we had the opportunity to meet many interesting people who were actively interested in our open positions and the technical fields we work in. Many of them asked not only about the job details but also about what everyday life in our office is like. And we were happy to show them that we have a friendly, open atmosphere where we truly value not just professional skills but mutual respect and support.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our colleagues who took the time and contributed with incredible enthusiasm to the success of our booth. Thanks to their approach, we were not only able to answer a lot of technical questions but also share positive energy and show the students that working with us is not only a challenge but also a pleasant and motivating experience. They did a great job of presenting not just the job positions but also how our team works and why a good working relationship is so important to us.
Throughout the day, we had the chance to meet a lot of inspiring people, and it would be an honor for us if any of them decided to join our team. Since we are planning to open two internship positions next year, we are looking forward to the opportunity to invite students for interviews and get to know their skills and enthusiasm better.
And as the cherry on top, we held a raffle at the end of the day, giving away smart gadgets and our company merchandise. The winner was Ondřej Pomkla, whom we congratulate and wish the best of luck in the future!
Overall, our participation in the JobChallenge fair was a truly rewarding experience. Meeting young talents, sharing our experiences, and showcasing what we do to improve healthcare was a great opportunity to raise awareness of our company and also find new potential colleagues who are eager to join our team.
We are looking forward to more opportunities like this and hope that some of these students will soon become part of our company.
